About Us
Amenities
We are a seasonal small park of 48 large sites located in the heart of Quartzsite, AZ. We are open from October 1st through April 30. Our location is in close proximity to everything that happens here during our winter season. Our office will open on October 1st for the season. We do not limit the age of an RV although we require that the unit be well maintained and completely self contained. All RVs are subject to inspection prior to parking. We have a clubhouse for use by park tenants exclusively, along with a bathroom that is open during club sponsored events. Wi-Fi is available at the clubhouse during clubhouse hours. Specific rules for both the bathrooms and clubhouse are posted accordingly. Any violation of rules established for this park will be cause for termination of occupancy with no refund.
Making a Reservation
Please call or email us to make a reservation. During our summer months , managers are on site but the office is closed. Feel free to contact us via email. You should receive a response within 24 hours. If you are calling for information and reach our answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hour. We reserve the right to limit or exclude nightly and weekly time slots in January when the Gem and Mineral Club POW WOW and the RV Show are in operation.
Our Rates and Rules
ALL PRICES ARE “CASH” PRICES. THERE WILL BE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE FOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD USE ON NIGHTLY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY RATES. IF PAYING FOR 3 MONTHS OR GREATER IN ADVANCE, THE 3% FEE WILL BE WAIVED.

Electricity will be charged at a rate of .20 per kw.* If your stay begins between March 1st and August 1st, a $200.00 electric deposit will be collected with your initial payment and will be applied to your final electric bills before departure.

DESERT IN BLOOM PARK RULES
For the safety and well being of all guests here in the park, please review these rules and initial next to each line item acknowledging understanding. First violation of any of these rules will warrant a written notice. A second violation of any rule will be cause for removal without refund.
SITE RESPONSIBILITIES: We do not limit the age of an RV although we require that the unit be well maintained and fully self contained, as the bathrooms attached to the clubhouse are only available during club events. All RVs are subject to inspection prior to parking. Quiet times is from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. Please be a good neighbor. We do not allow accumulation of “stuff” outside your unit. Please keep it clean and organized. Temporary covers to shade your RV are allow during the months of April through September. They must be removed by October 1st. Drying laundry outside is not allowed. Respect the privacy of your neighbors and do not walk thru other sites as a short cut. No washing of vehicles allowed inside the park unless contracted through a licensed vendor in Quartzsite. We do not allow the disassembly or mechanical work on cars or rigs to be done within the park. NO FIRES ALLOWED WITHIN THIS PARK UNLESS IN EXISTING ESTABLISHED FIRE PIT AREAS.
DRIVING RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the park the speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive in the designated areas and do not drive thru unoccupied sites. ATV’s and UTV’s can be driven within the park for ingress and egress only. No joy riding allowed.
PET RESPONSIBILITIES: There is a limit of two pets per sight, no exceptions. Pets must be on a leash at all times unless they are confined to a pen on your site. You must clean up after your pet!!! Unless invited, pets are not allowed on sites other than yours. Absolutely no pets are allowed inside the clubhouse. You may have them in the covered patio area. Service animals, trained to perform tasks because of a disability will be allowed. Companion/Comfort animals do not qualify. Excessive barking is not allowed. If your pet has separation anxiety do not leave them alone in your unit as this may cause a disturbance to other guests. Please do not feed the wildlife here in the park. It may attract coyotes, which could endangered those pets that are here in our park.
SMOKERS RESPONSIBILITIES: By state law, you must be further than 20’ away from any building when smoking. Please be considerate of non smoking neighbors and collect your cigarette butts.
SITE UTILITIES: If you have paid a season rate, electric meters are read on the last day of the month and you are provided with a bill. Payment is due on the 1stand late on the 5th. A late fee of $10 will be applied after the 5th, with an additional $1 assessed for every day paid late after the 7th. If you are paying on a monthly basis, your meter will be read the day before you rent is due and a bill will be submitted to you for rent and electricity. A final electric bill be presented and due on your day if departure. We recommend that you use a surge protector for electricity to control any surges that may occur. We also recommend a pressure regulator attached to your hose to control water pressure. The back flow valve must remain on the outside spigot.
RATE RULES: Rates are exclusive to you. Subletting or commercial use of your site is strictly prohibited. There is no refund of deposit of rents paid. Rents are not transferable. Only (1)RV and (1)vehicle is allowed per site. No tent camping allowed. Overnight guests staying in their vehicle is prohibited.
MAIL RESPONSIBILITY: We can not accept mail at our post office box for guests. You may acquire a PO BOX for personal mail from USPS. FEDEX and UPS deliveries will be accommodated. Make sure that your space # and your name are listed in the address section. We will take delivery at the office for such items if necessary.
OCCUPANCY: This is a 55 year or older park. This park limits occupancy to no more than 2 occupants per site and both occupants must be listed on the guest registration. Should you have more than 2 occupants, they must be registered and there will be a fee assessed. The number of vehicles per sight is limited to your RV plus 1, listed on your info sheet, and must fit within the perimeters of your site. Encroachment or use of other sites for vehicles is strictly prohibited. There will be no overnight visiting guest unless prior approval has been given by management and a fee will be assessed.
GENERAL GUEST PROTOCOL: This park and clubhouse are available for all of our guest to enjoy. Please be respectful of other guest and the amenities that are here for you. Should we see abuse of amenities, we will limit, if not eliminate those amenities that are not being respected. If you see any issues that need attention, please notify owners/management as soon as possible.
